SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping Rules & Restrictions
    Shipping within India can take up to 5-20 working days depending on what state or territory/location you live in. We do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
  • Order & Shipping confirmation Emails
    An order confirmation email will be sent to the user with the order number of your purchase.
    Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.
  • Tracking your Shipment through Airway bill
    All packages are sent through registered courier companies. Your shipping confirmation e-mail will include your “Tracking Number/ AWB No.” and a link to the company tracking site.
  • Changes to an order
    As soon as the order is placed by the user, it goes to our warehouse for processing so as to ensure that we are able to ship your order quickly and ensure you get your products as soon as possible, but it also means we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
  • If Item is Out of Stock
    We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused due to products marked out of stock, which are not available as we will be unable to fulfil the request immediately. . If an item is out of stock, you may either contact our customer care department, they will guide you to place the best alternate. In exigencies, in case your order has been accepted by us but your item is unable to be delivered, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order handled.
